About Linda Leblanc Monroe Institute

Monroe Institute Residential, Outreach and Online Trainer, Linda Leblanc is a Canadian and a naturalized Cypriot. Since 1977, she accompanied her husband in his international assignments with the United Nations and also worked various UN organizations in Switzerland. In 1989, Linda and her husband retired to Cyprus, where they continued to explore their lifelong interests in philosophy, altered states of consciousness, the paranormal, UFO phenomenon, sacred sites, and ancient civilizations. These interests led them to the Monroe Institute’s Gateway Voyage retreat in 1994, which profoundly changed their lives.

At Gateway, Linda had transformative experiences that allowed her to tap into her inner resources. She became an accredited Monroe Trainer in 1999 and currently offers experiential programs across Europe, both in-person and virtually. As an accredited Residential Trainer since 2010, Linda offers Gateway Voyage, Lifeline, and Exploration 27 intensive 6-night retreats in English, held in Greece and England. She also organizes 2-day Outreach workshops in Cyprus, available both virtually (live on Zoom) and in-person. Additionally, she conducts Gateway Voyage, Lifeline and Exploration 27 Virtual programs.

In 2006, unique circumstances brought Linda onto Cyprus's political stage as the first foreign-born person (and woman) elected to her town’s local council. She was re-elected twice and completed her 17th year in office in July 2024.

Linda is a member of the Monroe Institute's Professional Division and the Dolphin Energy Club. She has authored eight articles published in Monroe’s Newsletter “Focus,” the “Hemi-Sync Journal,” and contributed “Hemi-Sync® in Cyprus” to the book “Focusing the Whole Brain,” edited by Ronald Russell (2004). Her articles in Focus include: “Magical Mystical Tours” (Spring 1997), “PSI and Hemi-Sync, Part I” (Summer 1998), “Inaugural Cyprus Gateway Voyage®” (Summer 1999), “PSI and Hemi-Sync, Part II” (Winter 1999), “A Father’s Parting Gifts” (Spring/Summer 2002), and “Getting it Out There: Hemi-Sync comes to Cairo” (Summer/Fall 2007). She also wrote two articles for the Hemi-Journal, including “An Informal Research Project with a Hearing-Impaired Participant” (Winter 2006) and “A Single-Subject Case Study of Traumatic Brain Injury and Hemi-Sync®” (Winter/Spring 2010). These articles are accessible online in the international Monroe Archives within her Frequent Contributor File.

In addition to her work as a researcher, public speaker, and author, Linda co-authored “Reincarnation Cards - Awakening Far Memory” (2007) with her husband, a book and card set that blends ancient wisdom and metaphysics to evoke glimpses into other incarnations.
